Specialist Physiotherapist / Sport & Exercise Scientist
Vince is a key part of Moore Physiotherapy. He has a wide range of experience working within the private sector and the NHS. He has worked with a wide range of individuals ranging from elite Crossfit athletes around Europe to individuals who have suffered strokes. In addition to his Masters degree in Physiotherapy he holds a degree in Sport and Exercise science where he had a special interest in biomechanics.
Vince treats a wide range of Musculoskeletal and Neurological conditions both general and sporting of nature. The practise can provide rehabilitation following surgery as well as treating, spinal, shoulder, knee pathologies. We can also provide postural analysis and corrective techniques. At Moore Physiotherapy, we have trained Acupuncturists and sport therapists, ensuring we can provide an integrated treatment plan along with taping, manual therapy, massage and exercise prescription.
Physiotherapist Qualifications
All Physiotherapist have to have completed a minimum of 3 years degree course, then they have to register with the Health and Care Professional Council (HCPC) before they can practise. Membership to the HCPC is a minimum requirement for a practicing Physiotherapist.
As a Chartered Physiotherapist they have membership to the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
All Physiotherapists working for Moore Physiotherapy have to be HCPC registered and members of the CSP. Every Physiotherapist has also completed an enhanced DBS check.
Many of the practitioners carry further competency based qualifications in the areas of Aquapunture, Pilataes and sport and exercise training and development programmes.
